Why are tutoring sessions 50 Minutes?
Our one-on-one tutoring sessions are conducted via live video calls, lasting 50 minutes each. Tutors use this time to provide personalized support, answer questions, and engage in interactive learning. Tutors also require a 5-minute break before and after each session. This allows them to prepare for the session, review progress, and provide effective follow-up, ensuring a seamless and productive learning experience for students. 

How are your tutors selected?
Our tutors undergo a rigorous selection process, including assessments, interviews, and background checks. We handpick educators who possess exceptional subject knowledge, teaching expertise, and a passion for inspiring students.

Are tutoring sessions available for all grades and subjects?
Tutoring sessions are currently available for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Whether it’s foundational skills for kindergarten students or advanced subjects for high school students, our expert tutors are equipped to cater to the unique needs of each student and foster a love for learning at every grade level.

Do I have the option to select the same tutor for all my tutoring sessions?
Absolutely! You can request to have the same tutor consistently for a familiar learning experience. However, if you have a flexible schedule, you can also explore different tutors to enjoy diverse teaching styles and approaches.

What happens if I miss a session?
Our team at Sun Tutoring Academy understands that unexpected events may occur. Open communication ensures the best learning experience, please inform us of any schedule changes or conflicts. We will work with you to reschedule the missed session for a time that is convenient for both you and your tutor.
